I have been using this business for 12 years and no more.
I have been using this business for 12 years without any problems. I purchased my first new car in August 2025 so registration was due in August 2026 I called and booked in a pink slip check for registration which they did. Talking to someone recently who said you do not need a pink slip for a new car for 5 years which I knew nothing about.
I went in to Mycar today to talk about this and I would have had more satisfaction from a brick wall. I explained the situation and said in your business you know the regulations and would have known that I didn’t need a pink slip to which he replied” we don’t know what you do with your car” even tough it was booked in for a rego pink slip. Is this now the new business practice to completely dismiss what the customer is saying?
Very disappointed longtime customer 🤷♀️

Found a screw in my tyre
Found a screw in my tyre, took it to Westfield kotara, they fixed it on the spot, at no cost due to their warranty on tyres previously put on there. Served straight away, and called as soon as the car was ready.
