Only issue I had was that I made the booking online and in the online booking system my booking was for 0800-1000. On the day they told me it wouldn't be finished until 11-1200 (was actually a bit after 1200). That would have been fine if I had known this in advance so I could plan accordingly.

I would prefer that they have longer online booking slots to reflect what is actually achievable, or at least clearly communicate that just because car is booked in a particular slot does not mean it will be finished then.

I appreciate this may be a central company issue that this particular business has no control over.

I would happily return, though would plan not to need my car back by any particular time in future.

I went in at short notice to get a tyre replaced and the guys fit it in straight away changing the tyres and doing a wheel alignment, great customer service and would recommend !

Lovely staff, quick service, not pushy

They were informative and made me aware of an issue my car might be having. They then recommended a way they could look into it more and a possible solution for when ever it became a problem.

The fact that the car was in and out on time and with everything documented and explained for further work to be done to the car and for a great price.
The value for money was a big thing for us considering the price others had quoted for the same service.
