The staff at MyCAR Kirwan are always great when it comes to meeting our servicing requirement and it is backed by a nationwide warranty on all works completed. They honour their warranty as I have had to resolve an issue previously and it was resolved without question. I recommend this store and MyCAR overall.

Very efficient and did my log book service on a Saturday which is very important to me.

The process took 1 day longer than expected because the parts were not sent when they were supposed to have been. Additionally, I now have a continuous clunk coming from the rear of my vehicle when I drive over the smallest bump in the road.

Excellent service

I did arrive a week early but glad I did because the store hadn’t received my order. The guy fixed up the booking but said the tyres might not be in on time and for me to call the shop the day before install. I did receive an email telling me the tyres were in but the install would take 4 hours. The booking was for 1 hour. In the end, I did get the tyres but they didn’t take the manufacturer stickers off the tyres, which made a really weird noise as I drove away. This and the 4 hrs to put the tyres on was enough to make me wonder if I would use Mycar again.

I booked my car in for a replacement tyre & a wheel alignment. Stupidly, I got my dates wrong & came in a week early. The guys that served me could not be more helpful. They were able to do my tyre & the wheel alignment on the same day. 100% recommend them. Well done Team Kirwan!
