I needed a Road Worthy Cert., and this was done in a timely manner. Staff courteous and professional. Only drawback: could not be done on date booked aa i spector gone to another store and I had to return next day for my job to be done

Three hours and fifteen minutes to replace two tires when booking told would take one hour thirty

Barry was very helpful and provided a detailed explanation of what was required so we could proceed with the repairs. Thanks to Barry and the team for their great service 👍

I dropped in with no appointment to hopefully get someone to check my tyre. I wasn’t sure if it was flat and needed replacing or just needed a rupture repair. Turns out I needed 3 new tyres and my front brakes replaced. The guy was really helpful and gave me options to work with my day. I asked if it was possible to get all of it taken care that day and he managed to fit my car in but it wouldn’t be ready till the close of business. They got it done 2 hours earlier than stated.

They were really helpful and great customer service. They do great work and amazing benefits to using their service. Will definitely go back.

They provided good service and a great price, and delivered the vehicle at the agreed time.

I had a possible faulty tyre as it blew out at the side wall and one of the senior guys said he would look into a possible warranty claim for it :)

Finished work in super quick time --I would have waited if they had said they were going to do work as one of the first jobs --more communication would have helped that and of course I could have been more assertive and asked how long I needed to to wait?

I have been getting my car serviced at mycar Helensvale for years. I will not be going back again after my experience yesterday. The way I was spoken to over the phone when questioning the price of the service (I was quoted 2 different prices in store vs online) was nothing short of disgusting. The man was more concerned with proving a point to me than having any kind of costumer service skills. It was very degrading and I was in tears after this call. It’s a shame, as I have always found the staff there so friendly and easy to deal with. After this experience though, unfortunately they will not be getting either mine or any of my family’s business anymore.
