Great customer service

After fixing all the issues that need to be fixed & spending money, the noise on the engine got worse & everytime I put on the accelerator there’s a new noise on it which is very disappointing. I’m not happy at all😞

I arrived at about 4pm on a Thursday hopeful that someone would be available to rotate my tyres to get me through to Monday when I had my car booked in for tyres and a service. Not only were they able to do this, but also had my tyres in stock which is a rarety, and were able to fit two new tyres rather than rotate. All done in about an hour. Thankyou so much.

Very easy online booking process. Competitive pricing and availability of tyres, and the after-sales support offered and warranty are second to none. They accepted my vehicle exactly to the time that I had booked, and sent me a text within an hour telling me that the work had been completed. This was two hours earlier than the time I had requested. Very impressed with their service, integrity, politeness of the manager and staff, and the cleanliness of the office and workshop. I will certainly make mycar Tyre and Auto Geebing my first choice when considering car servicing and tyre needs in the future.
