I dealt with Gill from Geebung caryard and he was very approachable and helpful. He even did a complimentary patch on a puncture on one of the car’s wheels at short notice just before the shop was about to close !

Always a great experience at mycar Geebung. The staff are always helpful and transparent in the advice they give. I will not go anywhere else to get my car serviced.

The staff are very friendly and the site provides prompt service. I appreciate how they clearly outline any issues and I never feel like they are trying to upsell anything.

Great advice, fast reliable service. Honest information

Experienced a pretty massive puncture; piece of metal 8mm long. So put the spare on and drove to mycar Geebung as I had purchased the tyres there this year in January and I knew of their free lifelong puncture guarantee. I Spoke to Dave there and he said “puncture is too large and the tyre has to be replaced”. I said “oh no” I’ll have to fork out for a new tyre. And he said “ no, you’re still covered by the 12 month unconditional replacement guarantee and we will do a tyre rotation for you while we’re at it”. I just went “wow”! Total surprise and rare these days to get such service. Very happy.

Dealing with David who was originally from the Strathpine store. Always a pleasure, keeps me in loop with future work. Car was ready before midday.

Good and speedy service, friendly and knowledgeable staff, easy location to find and park;

The Car service went without a hitch 4 hours and they let me know the wipers needed replacement and the price was ok for the wiper replacement. Will return thanks. i don't recommend waiting in the waiting area its best you go shopping at Chermside or go home, bus stop nearby.

Good service

Great customer service, everything was explained well and work was carried out really quickly.

Prompt service and good communication. No charge for puncture repair due to Mycar's policy of looking after their tyres for the lifetime of the product.

Not happy with the service as we asked for them to check why the car was making a funny noise but they could not give us an exact issue or reason for it.
