The local East Perth store has always been very good and professional, have used them for last 12 years .
I was disappointed this time wanted to talk to them directly but the lady who took my call just would not transfer my call, she was courteous but that's not the point

I called to book the replacement of my…
I called to book the replacement of my four tyres as a previous customer, the lady assured me over the phone that I was buying paying for three tyres and get one free.and when I got at the east Perth store, I asked the guy which he agreed. But he tricked me because after fixing the tyres, I went back to pay, he charged me for all four tyres and never gave me any discount. I felt tricked and lied to by mycar .

Great Customer service and workmanship.
The customer service and the ease of booking a tyre appointment were definite plus points. Additionally, the car was ready earlier than anticipated and the sales assistant (David) did a great job trying to source the Run-Flat tyres from Pirelli that I had requested despite the online stock indicating ‘0’ tyres. Great job team! I’m a happy customer.

Friendly and professional service
From the first contact and throughout the entire process of enquiring about, booking and the fitting of new tyres their service was always friendly and professional. Everyone went out of their way to ensure all went well. The workshop and reception areas were clean and professionally run.

I recently had a small emergency with…
I recently had a small emergency with my car and visited one of their locations. Despite not having an appointment, they squeezed me in and resolved my issue promptly. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend their service!

East Perth Mycar experience.
East Perth Mycar was exceptionally friendly and professional on my arrival, I was served quickly and was welcomed to do my office work on their waiting couch while they attended to my car. During this time I saw not only were they exceptionally busy, but also all staff conducted themselves with kindness and efficiency.
