When I arrived to drop of Car I was 15mins early and was prepared to wait for my apointment time.
But I got seen too straight away.
Staff and professional and Friendly and will definitely go back again.

Communication from staff was at a great standard. The staff were informative and didn't try to sell me any unnecessary products or services an were very respectful.

Great customer service ethic oof the staff, timelines of the work done and the pricing of my 4 tyres!

I popped in with a blown headlight. The staff were super friendly, they fixed it immediatly and did not charge me. So I did an online enquiry as to the cost of the upcoming service on my car, the cost was $100 less than 2 other quotes. I had the car serviced without issue. A few days later, the other headlight blew. I returned in and again, they repaired the headlight without charge. I was quoted $70+ elsewhere.
The staff were great. Booking the car in was easy however they can be a little hard to reach on the phone as it is computer automated and seems like they are still teasing out technical issues. Overall though, I would and have already recommended them to others to try.

Bought x 4 new tyres at a very favourable price.
Changed rims from steel to alloy without any scratches.
Old tyres were removed and disposed of; old rims were boxed and placed in the boot for disposal.
Very approachable staff and job completed within 2 hours. Happy to have done business with mycar.

The Team at East Maitland are very easy to communicate with and my car was ready before the expected time frame. Great customer service and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend them.

The service was good tyres at the right price. Only complaint was a bit overtime, said it would take only one and half hours nearly worked into two. Otherwise happy with service and added fact you get fly buys points as well.

I knew I would need a set of new tyres. The price was reasonable & the service was prompt.

Pretty good. Took a couple of hours and more to change a few tyres around. They gave me red P plates for some reason at the end of everything - which was either a prank or a mistake.

Went for a Standard yearly Logbook service, my car was in perfect condition.
This service has turned into returning my car twice due to errors made by mycar staff.
Communication is horrible, staff advised 'they were to busy to look at my car' even though i had returned my car due to them not servicing it correctly, my car should've been made a priority.
I felt the staff didn't acknowledge their errors and it wasn't until i stated this wasn't a good look on their newly opened store i got a very blunt apology.
Will not be taking my car back and would rather pay the extra $$ to deal with a mechanic that can service my car correctly and not leave me with a car that could barely start.

The guys are great there but the delivery running late . That why i didn't give the five stars.

New store looks great, very helpful staff and they booked me in for a service and new rear brakes at short notice, did my car first up and didn’t take long to complete, they used top quality oil and filter and pads and rotors
Very happy and I’ll be going back to get a few other things done and also get my other car serviced there as well
Gave me a seniors discount which was a nice touch

Great service, notified as soon as car was ready, no waiting.
