Excellent customer service
I popped into MyCar last week with no appointment, as my son had his driving test in an hour and the “check system” lights in my car had all come on at once. The gentleman I spoke to had no hesitation in assisting us; he checked the codes and confirmed there were no major issues and that we just needed to add some air to one tyre. No charge. It was exceptional customer service and I will definitely be visiting there again (with an appointment this time). Thank you for getting us out of a bind on short notice!

Happy with everything. John (?) was very engaging and listened to my with issues I had with myKIA. Much better than going to the car dealer. Being able to get a service book service was a huge bonus.
