Charnwood staff were friendly and…
Charnwood staff were friendly and helpful. At initial visit a staff member assisted me in checking air tyre loss due to a vehicle being parked in the air tyre parking bay preventing me from being able to see the psi count from where I was parked. Rather than assist me in reviewing the psi level of the tyre of concern, they did a check of all 4 tyres for me. They were also able to book me in within a few days to get the tyre fixed; and the waiting time to fix my tyre was minimal.

The service was good from my initial contact over the phone to getting the work done.
I had a few questions regarding possible future servicing of the car and I received helpful advice without any pressure to return.
I would be happy to recommend mycar to anyone looking for reliable advice or mechanical support.

Great experience.
From first call to car pickup, Charnwood MyCar were great. Helpful, and did what they said they would, & when they said they would. Hamish was particularly helpful. My first MyCar experience was an excellent one.

Excellent Care of an Ancient Vehicle
Hamish and co. took great care of our ancient (1992) ute, rectifying a problem and diagnosing a coolant leak. They were prompt and excellent value. We'll be adopting them as our go-to for servicing out ute.
