Staying after closing time
There was a mix-up because wrong part delivered, but they were exceptional. Right part delivered later, and guys stayed after closing hours to make sure all was completed. Really surprised at the service.

Service was very good and done in a reasonable time! Thank you for a particular advice I was given. The only thing is that I still don’t have my invoice for the service- there was a problem with the internet on that date and I was told that I will receive it anytime soon! I believe I will have the invoice really soon! Thank you

Ease of drop off, pick up and price!
The ease of dropping my car off for new tyres the fact that they were in store and didn’t have to have them ordered in and the ease of collecting my car, paid online so didn’t have to pay when picking the car up. Thanks

The best service, great prices and love the guarantee
I have been using MyCar at Cannon Hill for years. They’re no-nonsense, no upsell,have great prices and fantastic customer service. Even the slightly unusual tyres my car needs are able to arrive in store in a day or two at most, and the tyre guarantee is a must have - it’s saved my bacon more than a few times with the free puncture repairs.
Now my kids get their car tyres done there too.
