The team at mycar worked hard to beat the price of a rival business and meet my timefram expectations for completing the work I needed doing to my vehicle. They were honest and efficient.

The staff are caring for our old Commodore very well, locating parts virtually unprocurable and continue to welcome us in a friendly manner.

I contacted Mycar at Cannon Hill about a recent oil leak. They were nice enough to book my car looked at the following day, then managed the fit me in to get the problem fixed 2 days later. They were very professional and a pleasure to do business with. I will definitely be taking my car back to them.

I called my car tyre and auto they booked me an appointment they said they had a tyre that would fit , I turned up they said it would be about an hour , hour 1/2 so I went shopping got a call about 45 mins later saying they didn’t have a tyre to fit my car but he said he would call later that day he was going to ring around see if he could one . Never got a call back .. the guys that work there were really very nice though

O would be my review, booked my car in there were no immediate availabilities until 1 week later & they kept my vehicle for a week Never again will I trust this so called company who supposedly have auto electricians as well as mechanics I had requested a ignition antenna be repaired by auto electrician & alternator replaced & battery replaced & got my vehicle back with disconnected immobiliser & damage transmission my car came out worst than when it went it & unsafe not driveable & I can't lock my vehicle absolutely appalling service & communication is the same as service Don't use this service if you value your vehicle I'm currently awaiting for Office of Fair Trading to see to my case

0 stars if it was possible, service seemed ok, cost was $660.00 for a 120k service , technician came to me after i had paid for the service , whilst i was still at the counter with the teller and mentioned that he had broken one of my wheel centre caps and have placed it on my passenger seat, these caps cost $60.00 each but yet the teller did not even mention that he would give me some sort of credit. I will not be going back there.
