Great Staff Great Price.
Despite being 4 staff members down, MyCar in Burwood East got the job done in time and at an amazing price. The staff are friendly and professional. From someone who used to get ripped off by getting my car serviced at the dealership, I highly recommend using Mycar at Burwood East for all future servicing needs.

Reception was receptive and professional.

Good initial reception
Good initial reception. Fast service and pick-up communication. Hope the price was the best it could be! Time will tell on that one. Was front passenger wheel rotated? It looked the same? Again only time will tell. It seemed like an efficient team. Thank you

Michael was very clear and helpful, kept me up to date with things that'd need to be repaired and things that can wait/to keep an eye on. Not the first time I've had my car serviced here; the team do a fine job, can't think of a single area for improvement.

Predatory action to rip off customers
One nail pierced into my front-left tyre so I went to the Burwood One MyCar trying to fix it yesterday. With very short period of inspection time, the reception told me the tyre was not repairable and told me all 4 tyres need to be replaced at cost 2,700 AUD in sum otherwise burst might happen to all tyres. I went to another repair place and the puncture was fixed in 30 mins at 50 AUD. What a predatory intention and service from the reception was! So stunned!

Incredibly nice and helpful with a blown out tyre I drive in with.
Despite them being extremely busy - they still made time for me and got the problem fixed. I definitely saw them going above and beyond to source the Tyre from another store! Thanks again
