Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and considerate.
Staff were helpful friendly and knowledgeable with recommendations.
The team were extremely considerate with what was financially achievable and required to optimism the best outcome.
From drop off to pick-up the service was flawless and the team kept me up to date with what was required or needed attending too throughout the process.
Perfect assistance by the team at Burwood East.

Wasted 2 hours of my time
I was told to get to the store between 8am and 8.15am. I did and once I got there I was told that the team don't start until 8.30am. I was then told my car would be first, and an hour later, it still not had been attended to. Total time wasted - 2 hours for a puncture repair. If I had known, I would have organised to be picked up and dropped off rather than waiting around. This was super frustrating and the person on the front desk said he has passed this feedback on in the past but nothing changes. Lift your game MyCar!

Great Service
I was booked for 8:30 for a noise window wipers and everything was done quickly. When I came to pic up the car I got a detailed explanation about the issue + I got the faulty part to show to my BYD centre.
I was very pleased with the service!
