Explained that I would have to wait around for my car for its service and asap would be good. They were short staffed on the day however I had my car back within an hour and a half! Amazing service with well mannered people who explained clearly what might need to be done at the next service. Definitely recommend this business to all.

I paid $604 for my 120km car service online on the Mycar website for the Browns Plains store. Assuming I've paid for a full service, only to arrive and be told if I want one of the filters services it will cost another $379. Bit the bullet but should be advertised that it's not a full service and that filter will cost you extra.

We had a quote for our 2023 LDV D90 diesel 50000km log book service. We were quoted a significantly cheaper price than LDV themselves, so of course we booked it in. Service was done in August 2025. November, a work colleague with the exact same car said he called for a quote for the same service but was quoted double what we were. I pulled my log book out, found the service had been stamped as 50000km, however our receipt was missing half of what was required foe the 50k service. We called back to be told 'oh sorry, don't know how that happened, book it in again and pay for everything except labour' - which was ok I guess. We also questioned MyCars LDV service schedule as you have it listed at every 10000km. We were told it was as per LDVs schedule... Which we advised was incorrect, it's every 15000km - written in literal black and white in the LDV service book - but we were told that no, we... And LDV were wrong?

Not only was the incorrect service done, but apparently LDVs own schedule is incorrect?

In my opinion, the service I received was second to none. I dropped my car off at the allocated time and it was ready when I went to pick it up. The customer service was very highly rated, polite, respectful and professional. My car now runs like a dream. The price was less than half of what the dealership charge.

Mark and his team at Brown's Plains are very helpful and friendly. Ordered a set of tyres which came quicker than expected, they called to notify me and arrange the fitting of the 4x new Pirelli scorpion AT+ tyres that I purchased online. Added in a wheel alignment as well which was reasonably priced. Will be going back again for sure. Also enjoying the new tyres, they are very comfortable and offer much more grip in both the wet and dry conditions with very low noise comparable to a HT tyre. They also came with the MyCar tyre protection program which offers free puncture repair/replacement for the first year and free tyre rotations every 10,000kms for the life of the tyres which makes them great value for money.
