I’ve dealt with Bill at MyCar Broadmeadows and found him to be very professional, polite and welcoming. I trust this workshop in Broadmeadows to do their job honestly and this is why I’m a returning customer.
A big thank you to Bill for helping me recently with my car issues. He explained the issues to me where he could and even quickly ran a scan check on my car without any prior bookings. Once again, thank you Bill!

Super helpful and professional.
I got an urgent situation with my car and I had to stop at Mycar Broadmeadow. The guy was super helpful! they're fully booked but he tried to find a way to check my car and resolved it in the same day (turned out it's not something serious).
They just charged me for the inspection fee as he said it's not something very serious. I really appreciate their honesty and support. I've been charged ridiculous fee in a workshop before, but these guys are very professional and supportive.

Poor customer service…
No courtesy call when my car was finished. Just told they close at 2.30pm
Told me my tyres had no tread when they still do.
And I personally do not believe my tyres were rotated
Spoke arabic to customers and workers in front of English speaking customers
