Poor customer service…
No courtesy call when my car was finished. Just told they close at 2.30pm
Told me my tyres had no tread when they still do.
And I personally do not believe my tyres were rotated
Spoke arabic to customers and workers in front of English speaking customers

Bill at My Car Broadmeadows is a great guy. I dropped my car for servicing with him. They did the servicing as well as let me know of any other things that needed attention to keep my car running at optimum performance. The car was well looked after and delivered on time.

Great customer support @ Broadmeadows…
Great customer support @ Broadmeadows store when I went in for a punctured tyre. It took a few hours because they were pre-booked, so I had to drop the tyre and come back later. But the person who served me was very knowledgably and helping.

Had a hiccup with change of wrong tyre
Had a hiccup with change of wrong tyre.
Returned to sort out, and Manager Bill was very apologetic and keen to resolve. I had missed my appointment at Moonee Ponds and had to pay for visit for not turning up, due to tyre mix up.
Manager was happy to accommodate by reimbursement, so I returned another day to resolve my expensive debacle.
Very happy with the results and happy to recommend. I’m sure the new Manager Bill, will be an asset to the company as he puts customer satisfaction a priority.
