They do not explain what happened to the car, always hurry to push the customer to decide to engage the service..
I had an engine oil housing replaced, but there is still a leak of engine oil($1450.00 paid). No difference after replacing, only I wasted the money and time to bring the car and pick it up. The service date was 20/10/2025, but I signed the trade contract on 28/10/25 to sell because of too much leaking. I can not drive any longer.

My Car Box Hill and their team were very professional and pinpointed the problem with my car.

Had a flat tyre and it was booked in for a same day change easily over the phone. Tyre was very affordable and I had my car back within the hour. Fantastic customer service made a stressful day easier to bear.

Very friendly staff, know what they are doing. If extra services or repairs are required on top of the logbook service list, they will first ask costumer. They shown us which part needed to be replaced/repaired, telling us their opinion on it and explain what if it is not replaced/repaired. They said honestly whether the part needed to be replaced immediately or can wait (until how many KMs). Once the part replaced, they show us the old/broken part, which made us really happy with the decision to replace it. Superb service!!! P.S. I usually go to authorised service centre (dealer) as I want my car to be handled by those who really know the car. From now on, I will definitely come to mycar Box Hill for the service.

I used to have my car serviced with the dealership where I bought it. There was a dashboard light that kept coming on and they never got to the bottom of it. For years. mycar at Box Hill knew what it was straight away, were able to explain it to me in a way I understood, and they fixed it the same day!! Not only that, after my car was serviced, it drove like it did when it was new. It's 19 years old. Plus, the staff there are the nicest people to deal with.

Friendly and professional. Especially it’s free to fix the broken tyre if provided by them, even though I wanted to pay! Excellent! It would be better if the shop bigger!
