Wouldn't go anywhere else
I took my Honda Civic to mycar Box Hill for a roadworthy inspection and was genuinely impressed with the honesty and integrity of the team.
It would have been very easy for a workshop to simply take my money and recommend repairs that may not have been worthwhile given the age and value of the car. Instead, the team was completely upfront with me about what the car needed, the likely costs involved, and whether it made financial sense to proceed.
They followed up promptly, explained everything clearly, and were pleasant and easy to deal with throughout the entire process. I really appreciated that there was no pressure and that I felt they were giving me honest advice rather than simply trying to make money from the situation.
It is very rare to find this kind of integrity, and they have earnt my loyalty for life. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else.
Thank you, guys, for making this a painless experience.
