Great communication what was ‘wrong’ w vehicle and open honest with costs.

Amazing service. I had an unexpected flat at the end of the day, they pumped up my spare to get my by, and booked me into get new tyres the next morning. Fabulous service from all of the staff I say

Amazing service! Got my RWC done and explained was a little worried leaving my Mercedes’ car which had not even one scratch in duco in petrol station carpark. The team got in it straight away and was ready in an hour!

I'd booked myMitsubishi in for a logbook service then asked if they'd have time to service my daughter's '04 Corolla as well later that day.. Lyndon went out of his way to accomodate my request because I was worried that not all was right with the Corolla's engine. Not only did he quickly diagnose the problem, he gave me an honest appraisal of the situation which saved throwing good money after bad. I'm so appreciative of his extraordinary help. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Thank you Lyndon. I'll definitely be back.

I've had my car serviced a few times at Birkdale MyCar and even popped in with the odd question and I can honestly say that I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
Lyndon and the guys are honest, second to none great mechanics. They call you if they find anything needing attention and will let you know if it needs done now or in the near future. You know up front what the bill is going to be. Give them a go, you wont take your car anywhere else once you've dealt with Birkdale MyCar.

Lindon at Birkdale is always friendly and helpful. I had a minor problem after getting my tyres changed but returned the car and Blain (on duty that day) diagnosed and fixed the problem straight away.

After Kia Service Centres couldn't fit me in for the 165,000km service on my Kia Sorento, mum suggested I call mycar Tyre & Auto (Birkdale) as she'd been using them for a long time.
Hoping to get the service done before an extensive road trip later that week Lyndon squeezed me in at really short notice. He was awesome! I received a thorough, and honest, assessment of work required and that work seems to have been completed to a high standard. I will certainly be going back.

I was so pleased with the process of getting my car serviced. I was given a complete run down on what to expect and reassurance that there would be no surprises on the invoice at time of payment. The team were also accommodating to my time requirements and had my car finished by the time I needed.
