The staff at MyCar are always friendly…
The staff at MyCar are always friendly and never treat me as if I have no idea what is going on (even though for the most part, I don't!!) I had completely slashed my tyre, and they were able to order in a new one and have it fitted two days later. It was a great experience.

Absolutely terrible experience Berwick…
Absolutely terrible experience Berwick MyCar, After buying tyres from them online with install and balancing tyres included, they cross threaded my wheel studs then tried to say it was already cross threaded. Then struggled to get it fixed. Thankfully i tool photos of my vehicle before it goes to unknown repairers. Customer service were good at least. They then changed the damaged hub rotor. I picked my car up when it still felt unbalanced on the road at high speed. Called customer service who organised another mycar have a look at it. Turns out Berwick Mycar didnt even have the rims balanced after fitting off my new tyres. Would never go there again. Customer service call centre were probably the only redeeming factors.
