I am very impressed with the service; the communication about our Audi Q2 was nothing short of prompt. The store was a pleasure to deal with, and MyCar have won me as a customer for all future services etc. Well done to the team at Berwick South (Eden Rise), great customer service.

I had a puncture and needed the tyre repaired asap and i took it to Berwick South My Car Tyre and Auto
and they did it straight away they fit me in when i explained that i had school pick up it was no issue for them. They have always been great when i have used them. Their customer services is 10 out of 10

Great service

I was quoted an extra $2000 on top of my service. I wanted more details and time. When i paid for the service there were no details of the work they wanted to do. I have since visited the store but they couldnt find the service sheet to tell me.

Brilliant service provided by the team at MyCar Eden Rise. I called in and they were able to organize and replace 2 tires that had been punctured. Super quick no fuss, Done !! Thanks team Mycar Eden Rise.

Our caravan blew a tyre and we urgently needed one. Mycar were the only ones in the area who could get the tyre in and on with such short notice. Very grateful for their prompt service and was happy with their customer service and professionalism.

Nothing is too much trouble even for the small things. I’ve been coming here for a few years and on occasion have dropped in with no appointment to fix minor issues without any concerns from the friendly staff
