Disappointing
The booking and initial visit went well. The fault in the Tyler was fixed. However noticed after driving out, the car was shaking. When I went back to report the problem the team was not helpful and almost rude. I did not receive a call to let me know that the car was ready and when I went to pick it up the person was on a phone call and just handed me the keys. Customer service was very disappointing.

Fabulous experience
Fabulous experience. I turned up with an emergent situation and they didn’t have to help me so quickly but they did. They were gracious and willing to assist me as much as possible and the process was all done within the hour

Excellent Service with a Small Recommendation
Great experience with MyCar Barwick. Service, communication and pick-up/drop-off were all on time and smooth. Only suggestion: it would be great if they could include a complimentary or discounted car wash coupon with each service to add extra value.
