I had four new tyres, despite arriving slightly late for my appointment time (due to traffic), the team fitted all four tyres and stayed back after closing to make sure they completed the job properly.

They get the job done at what quality only time will tell. My reception guy however needs to learn more social skills and how to be a receptionist. questions i asked he was abrupt and dismissive with. I asked about the life time break pad deal. He said, it’s on the receipt. I asked about the routers and he said he doesn't know anything about it. Lol. This Guys in the wrong field. His knowledge makes me feel less confident about the job they done on my car.

I booked my car in for a basic service, (just a oil change and oil filter) drop off time 9:15am and pickup for 11:30am
When I got there, they did not know what the car was in for
I was told my car was going to be there all day despite booking the times.
Not happy with the customer service and won’t be going back.

Job was done within agreed timeframe.
