It was ok but could have do a bit more. My previous experience with other garages they gave the car a general clean and gave it back with an air freshener and rubbish bag

The whole booking experience went well. No issues with the service of my vehicle.

It was a good experience
It was a good experience, and it was not the first time i used My Car to get my vehicle checked and serviced. Only negative i want to add is that when I dropped my vehicle i was advised that I will get a phone call to inform if anything is required and i told them that vipers need to be looked at, but no phone call came, and vipers were not changed. If you say you going to call, then customer should be called as advised. Other than that, no issues. Thanks

Great Place for tyres
Great service. I dropped my car off for new tyres and they were able to do it very quickly. They gave me a time and it was ready at the time set.
Price was very good. The staff were easy to approach and friendly.
Unfortunately they couldn’t compete the wheel alignment due to their equipment and my car height. I had to get it done somewhere else.
I would have given 5 stars otherwise.

Travelling Canberra to Brisbane and received priority service…
Travelling Canberra to Brisbane and needed minor but urgent repair to my RAV. Armidale MyCar gave priority attention to repair of my vehicle allowing us to continue the journey. Manager and staff were wonderful and was pleasantly surprised at negligible cost. Highly recommend

Not thorough in checking faults
I purchased a full set of tires and back right tire kept going soft. After taking back 3 times to get checked, (only to be told there was nothing wrong with it and it didnt need a new valve which I requested) one morning my tire was completely flat. I was informed I need a new tire and felt MyCar should have taken some responsibility and waived the labour, or sold the replacement tire at cost as I had been back 3 times to get their expert advice on how to manage the tire fault.
