Very honest
Very honest. I had 2 loose bolts near suspension which sounded like a thumping sound when I went over a bump. They could have said anything I wouldn’t have known. They told me it was 2 loose bolts. That honesty will keep me going back.

I go to Altona Meadows the manager there is just really incredible has so much heart in looking after us each time we need to go makes me feel that my car is looked after 110 percent give him a payris
I Joe and Rosa bring our car to Altona Meadows store .have been going there for a few years now the manager there is just incredible always does an amazing job looking after my car we trust him 100 percent with our car truly deserves a pay rise we recommend him to family and friends all the time when someone is looking for a mechanic ,he is professional always happy helpful and most of all so honest he should be recognised and hope he is appreciated there Joe and Rosa 😀

Good Prompt Service
Prompt, professional help and advice. Booked in on Friday for tyre and brake rotor assessment/replacement, all issues remedied the following Monday by early afternoon. Understood my needs and budget.

The staff there are A1 grade better…
The staff there are A1 grade better than any car dealer mechanic and go above and beyond any customers expectation to resolve current or impending future me mechanical issues.
They look after their customers better than any other mechanics i have seen. I do not hesitate to take my car or suggest anyone any see my car in Altona meadow.
They should be awarded best mechanical repairer and receive a runner up award by the VACC.

The team at Altona Meadows are by far the best I have come across in the 60 years I have been getting cars serviced. They make you feel like part of the family with their friendly, honest and professional service. The major service I had was carried out perfectly with no problems and I was happy with the price. Highly recommend the team
