Fantastic service two bookings excellent job.

If I just need wiper blades no fuss they replace them and I’m on my way. I have an issue it’s fixed and I’m away.

Great service - from initial phone call to the work being carried out - everything was stress free

I attended with my two young children the day prior agreed on a time the next day and discussed two tyre options available, including pricing. $154 was quoted for the My Car brand tyre and $179 for the Continental tyre option.

The next day upon arriving with my children the manger approached and said “is that the car?” “Yes” I replied “it’s $169 for the my car tyre and $199 for the other tyre” I replied “you said $179 yesterday for the continental”

I didn’t care to find out where exactly he was being dishonest. It was just obvious that there was discrepancy with the My Car tyre price and he can explain the discrepancy with the only other tyre option presented the day prior.

Upon arrival there was only a young man working hard, he seemed frustrated and under pressure.
There was another customer whose car was outside of the bays and reception and had two wheels out. The customer was on the phone and appeared frustrated.

I took my car to Road Star tyres in Hoppers Crossing after calling a friend for a recommendation. I saved a significant amount of money with a mid range new tyre and received prompt and genuine service with my two young children. My friend followed up with me later and she told me that she had stopped taking the car for service to My Car in Point Cook because of increasing prices. A relative also told me they had had a poor experience at My Car in Altona Meadows where an appointment time was discussed the day prior and was not acknowledged upon arrival; The centre was quite busy and this customer was ignored a long time before they decide to leave.

The service I received was excellent and exceeded my expectations by far. A good job, completed quickly, kept well informed, the staff had a very helpful and pleasant manner and at a fair price. Fully recommended.

The manager is always informative and helpful. In my experience he always goes out of his way to assist ,no matter how busy he is .
