Friendly, helpful and informative staff with good communication, great price and convenient location.

Very happy with the service, not so sure about the computer file updates about my car. The wear and tear on the brakes didn't seem to have changed since the last time it was recorded and you'd replaced some braking components on the last visit.

Also I'm going to have to ring them because they didn't update the sticker on my wind shield telling me when to come back. I'm sure everything was done properly though.

I was welcomed by 3 very professional men, who diagnosed the problem within minutes. The work was completed & I was back on the road.

Car was ready well in time for me. In addition to matters I flagged for attention, other service necessities were suggested to me. Being able to discuss with the service manager about priorities, matters that can wait etc makes me feel confident that my self and my car are both treated as valued customers!

The person I made the booking with was lovely, friendly professional and warm. On the day of the service all staff again were very nice and very accommodating. They kept me informed and did their utmost to have the car ready early for me. I wouldn't go anywhere else as I feel I can trust them to look after my car. Fantastic people.

They are experts with excellent customer service, and this is the best branch in Adelaide, by far.

Rang for a price on some tyres. They didn't have all 4 available, but promptly sourced a set and called me back within the hour. The salesperson was very polite and willing to assist by fitting in the job on the day I asked. I dropped off the car in the morning and the entire job, including alignment, was done way ahead of schedule. I received a text when all was completed. When I arrived the car was ready to go and they had also checked a few other items, had given their recommendations, and in addition, above all that, the price I paid was the lowest available in town, by a large margin. Overall, a job well done ! I highly recommend mycar Tyre & Auto.
