Would highly recommend MyCar City
Staff in the service centre were great and I appreciated the flexibility with pick up time. Would be good if you could call direct to the store however as going through a call centre is frustrating and off putting, particularly with the pre recording and lengthy wait.

also their fix of my engine mounts during last service was great and seems to be a reasonable price

This is the second time I’ve been to…
This is the second time I’ve been to MyCar. I’ve found them to be efficient, helpful and honest - my car is getting old and needed some more expensive work, and each time they have been very upfront about what I can leave for next time, what I can do without, what is urgent. And made sure I could get a good price for the work. Easy to book and reschedule when needed, easy to get in touch during the service. Definitely recommend. Extremely helpful to be able to use afterpay!
