We were very impressed with this company from start to finish. They organised everything really well and it enabled us to really enjoy a very special holiday without too much stress. Big thank you to Cheryl from MCT for all of the tips and advice provided before we went. Highly recommend this company and would certainly use them again if we were lucky enough to go back to Canada. One highlight for us was the Rocky Mountaineer Train (Banff to Vancouver) which is outstanding in every way. Thank you!

An excellently curated vacation from start to finish. Beginning in Toronto, we were met by a courier who transferred us to the Hotel Le Germain Mercer, which was first-class in every respect. All the hotels we stayed in throughout the trip offered excellent, first-class accommodation.

The absolute highlight of the holiday was the Rocky Mountaineer, which was simply fantastic. The comfort, quality of the food and, of course, the spectacular scenery made it an unforgettable experience.

The Celebrity Alaska cruise was a wonderful way to round off our vacation after exploring the sights and highlights of Canada. It provided the perfect combination of relaxation, comfort and breathtaking scenery.

My only real disappointment was Air Canada. Unfortunately, both the service and the in-flight experience fell well below expectations and were a let-down in what was otherwise an outstanding holiday.

Overall, this was a superbly organised and memorable vacation, with exceptional accommodation and unforgettable experiences. The Rocky Mountaineer and the Alaskan cruise were particular highlights, and I would highly recommend the itinerary to anyone looking to experience the best of Canada and Alaska.

We had ideas of what we wanted to do when we go to Canada in 2027.
We were able to discuss things with Jennifer who was very nice and knowledgable and also gave suggestions.
Jennifer was very patient and actually ended up doing 3 itineries for us as we eventually decided on just staying around Vancouver and Vancouver Island instead of trying to do everything at once.
The itinerary and hotels look fantastic and we can't wait to go.

Super helpful in creating our itinerary we wanted. Lovely dealing with Jennifer who always called us back promptly.

Karen was very knowledgeable and very patient as I swapped and changed my original itinerary. She was able to give me first hand advice on the places I am going to visit.

The first Canada expert I spoke was very knowledgeable and efficient. I went back the following day but she was off for a couple of days so I booked my holiday with a colleague. He misled me, not on purpose, so I had to rearrange the booking with the original expert. She did so to my complete satisfaction so faith restored.

Communication was excellent with a travel agent that knew the area and gave advice and guidance, which helped with plnning the whole trip.

Liked: trip covered many facets of the areas we visited & included some excursions.
Disliked:
- accommodation was not as good as expected,
- the train journeys were hard work because we had to manoeuvre our luggage up & down narrow steps onto the train & into luggage racks & no assistance was available + one journey had no view from the seat.
- the itinerary set by My Canada did not always work on the driving part of the holiday e.g.
- rushing a long drive to arrive in time for a boat trip that could have been booked for the next day
- driving all day to spend 2 or 3 hours in a place then leave at 5.45am to get to the airport on time
-booking 2 nights in Sydney where there was little to do as all the museums were closed from Monday to Wednesday! It would have been better to have the 2 nights in Liscombe.

First class care from initial contact to departure. The My Canada Trips team took care of our every need, and designed a holiday that met all of our requirements, while staying within our budget. Jennifer was responsive and understanding, and delivered the holiday of a lifetime.

Excellent and efficient customer service. The whole holiday went like clockwork. The hotels were great, as were the excursions. Everyone I spoke to at My Canada Trips was very knowledgeable and helpful, and the itinerary and information before our trip was comprehensive.

Just returned from a fantastic My Canada Trips holiday. The itinerary worked really well with just the right balance of organised activity and free time. The organised trips all had interesting and knowledgeable guides. Hotels were of excellent quality in good locations.

We changed our quote several times but Gillian was amazing, listening to our requirements, wish list and budget. She was so knowledgeable about accommodation and fly drive options and tailored a trip that we can’t wait to take.
