Very knowledgeable staff. Worked out a plan for us that included everything we wanted to do Alaska Cruise, Rocky Mountainer and a trip behind the falls. Cannot wait to go now ...... Roll on August 2027

From start to finish our trip was absolutely fantastic, well organised with seamless planning in place, we followed the itinerary showing times for pickups and there were no problems at all. All of the chosen hotels were great, the trips were most enjoyable especially the Rocky Mountaineer and the Cruise.

We would definitely use My Canada Trips again and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

This was a big and important trip for my wife and I as we celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary whilst on the trip.
The flight out was tremendous and a wonderful experience. The hotel in Toronto was fine, we lunched on the first day in the cn tower, a great trip to Niagara Falls and then the trip across to Jasper. The private accommodation was very small and you should make people aware of this. The hospitality was great as were the views, food and drinks. Jasper was good and wildlife abundant. The trip down to Banff was great with the journey onto the glacier memorable. Banff was fine except the room had no external window. The Rocky Mountaineer was outstanding, expensive but worth the money. Vancouver was good and the cruise up to Alaska was wonderful. You should be aware that the WiFi package was very basic but could be upgraded for a fee. The drinks package really only covered basic drinks but we paid for an upgrade. The return flight was disappointing in that the accommodation on the plane was nowhere near as good as the outbound and the food was poor.
This was an important and expensive trip but worth every penny.

Our holiday in Canada was expertly booked around our specific requirements and everything went seamlessly! We had no problems at all and had a very stress free and enjoyable time. My Canada Trips responded quickly to my initial enquiry. After discussing our ideas and duration of the trip the agent drafted a suggested itinerary with trips and hotels.
We reviewed this draft and made some amendments and requested some hotel changes and durations. All were implemented quickly by the agent and we were able to book our trip very quickly.
This has to be the easiest custom built trip I’ve ever planned with a company so very happy indeed so far with the service.

Lovely speaking to an actual person and having all our queries answered efficiently and in a very pleasant manner. Put our minds to rest after having an awful experience with another company. Nice to know that you can ring anytime to have reassurance.

Vikki listened to my needs and designed an itinerary which included all my wish list.
Calls were prearranged and came on time.
I also benefitted from her specialist knowledge and made several decisions based around her advice.
So excited for my forthcoming trip.
