24 Bricks turned up damaged, Mortar missing from order and they just ignore you from there on.
Finally got my replacement bricks no Mortar to point them with. 4-weeks it's taken for them not to fulfil an order.

I’m so sorry to hear this. When we provide a delivery date that is the date provided by our manufacturer who sends the goods out directly one manufactured I have emailed them asking them to look in to this and contact me ASAP. As soon as i find out what’s happened I will be in touch.
That was 1 week ago still no answers no product you's are a complete disgrace of a company who in my opinion should be avoided if you dont want fleeced and the headaches a would give this lot a miss 100% also believe these recent 5* reviews to be fraudulent also so beware consumers ....we currently have a fraud investigation going on with bank to get our £££ refunded .....!

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. No response to e-mails and been waiting almost 3 weeks for our brick slips. Initial samples were sent out quickly which is why we chose this company. Wish we had ordered elsewhere as the customer service is a joke!!!!
There is no communication from this company emails
There is no communication from emails. Took longer than what was stated and when they finally arrived the mortar was not with my order, no reply to numerous email, absolute shocking company do not order from.
Another absolutely shocking experience…
Another absolutely shocking experience with total lack of communication and failed promises to deliver. Placed an order on the 8th October, still waiting for delivery. Was promised a delivery on Friday after waiting over three weeks, took the day off work and sure enough, no delivery, no apology, no communication. I do not not for one minute believe the recent flurry of 5 star reviews for this company, the 1 review from each apparent 'customer' says it all. Stay away from this place if you wish to avoid so much stress and simply being ignored despite having already paid for the product. Definitely check the company reviews before you place an order, I have certainly learned the hard way. Luckily I have paid on credit card so can at least submit a Section 75 claim.
EDIT.... only way to get a response from this company is via negative review on here. Been waiting days for an email response or any communication whatsoever, yet receive a response here within an hour. Shocking! Avoid avoid avoid!!

After much searching & quotes locally
After much searching & quotes locally , we found MyBrickwall on the internet . The choice, style & colour was better than all the others we had come across & the price was very competitive . The whole process was excellent from ease of the order to the super fast palleted delivery in a few days . Many had quoted us a few weeks . We had regular email updates during the process . We Would certainly recommend MyBrickwall 5* service
After initial skepticism, I'm happy with what I got
After first delivery date was missed and communication wasn't that informative, I started looking on the wider web about this company. I found the poor ratings on here and started to panic... But after a few emails and a second delivery date given and today my order arrived as stated, my opinion of the company has changed. I believe this trader is trying, and not a scam. It's likely a one man operation overwhelmed with demand.
For me I'm happy with my order, it's what I wanted and nothing broken. If I need more I'll definitely give mybrickwall another go.

I would highly recommend my brick wall, fabulous tiles and great quality, we had an issue with the delivery but customer support sorted it out no problem,very quick response even out of usual trading hours, 10 out of 10.
Received order but very late and after much following up
Ordered on 10 September and paid in full but order received on 28 October.
Partly thus was due to an admin error which the company apologised for and have said they will refund the delivery fee.
Online chat did not work but the sister company Applebys Tiles chat did work and they helped to follow up.
It took a lot of emails and follow up to sort through issue out. Maybe due to current circumstances but overall quite hard work as email replies were sporadic.

only 1 answer in 1 month and that was the last one.. SCAM... all the good reviews i bet that they are friends of this one man company. Legal procedures taken...
100% scam and a disgrace- DO NOT USE
This is a scam and a disgrace- multiple chasing, hours spent emailing and even on the live chat when it worked. have been waiting for my slips for 6 months now and recieved approx a fifth of what I ordered and am over £1000 out of pocket! The one time they did respond to an email they made up a story of the delivery company having tried to deliver- but this is a pure lie- no call no calling card and we were in the on the day they allegedly tried. When I questioned them on this- guess what no reply and none since. I will now have to start legal proceedings. Please please DO NOT USE- I can't believe they are still allowed to advertise for service they have no intention of providing.

Faultless service, we have been trading with My Brick Wall for the past 5 Months for trade orders fit our customers. Always pleased with the product I think on two occasions out of 30+ we had some breakages. These were replaced very quickly. We look forward to many more years trading.
100% SCAM
Well I am yet another customer to have been stung by this disgraceful business/scam.
After checking the useless tracker they provide I started to worry about what was going on with my order. I then had to wait for an email response as there is no other way of contacting them, so in the meantime I looked at their reviews. Needless to say I then started to panic as this started to look like I’d been scammed out of my money.
However, my items turned up within the time stated but the product itself looked completely different to the brick slips I had ordered. Once confronted (via email) about this they then told me they had changed the bricks to a different name yesterday, which made no sense anyway as my order was placed around 2-3 weeks before the apparent change. They then told me it was my fault as I’d made a mistake and they couldn’t change or refund the order as it would be a loss to them.
It would be one thing trying to understand where the confusion had come from but as you can clearly see from the HUGE amount of disgruntled customers in the other reviews, they just want to scam people out of money and blame them.
I am going through all the correct legal procedures to make sure firstly I am repaid what I am owed and hopefully have the business looked into and shut down.
DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
Awful company ordered brick slips
Awful company ordered brick slips. Had emails for 5 days saying on there way. Then nothing. 21 days later and nothing.
They have now put a sale on 45% off. For goods they have no intention of providing. They are a scam company please do not part with your money. I
Atrocious customer service
Atrocious customer service, with three unanswered emails from their support team. Live Chat is nowhere to be found on their website. It is 2 months since I placed and paid for an order and no product has been delivered, and no communication from the company.
Please go elsewhere!
I wish I had read previous reviews. The whole process has been completely painful from start to finish. Ordered £1200 of brickslips and adhesive etc - stated delivery was between 3 to 10 working days.
10 working days came and went with no communication, no tracking etc. I email with no response. No telephone number to call, live chat function does not work.
I emailed daily for several days before getting some kind of response - they had been delivered to the wrong address, give us some time to fix. Again, delivery date comes and goes as a no-show. Chased again, and again.
TWENTY NINE emails later, and a month on... I finally recieved my orders.
I feel if I hadn't chased and chased, they would just have taken the money and sent me nothing. It was only when I threatened to initiate a chargeback with my bank that they started to reply. Customer service absolutely non existent.
One star given... because when the brickslips eventually came, we were happy with the look and quality.
Just wish the company operated better (or at all). A quick google search shows other companies with much better reviews, use them.
Edit: just to respond to the response below - I have had zero correspondence from the company regarding delivery refund. There has been no refund.

Cannot fault
Tiles delivered matched exact images and description. Phone call from delivery driver an hour before hand and delivered slightly earlier than expected. Really couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend professional outlet and a quality product at a fair price and timely delivery. Thank you
DONT ORDER FROM MYBRICKWALL!
I ordered one pack of brick slips from mybrickwall (order MBW16715296), just to add some decoration to my parents garden wall which was being renovated. The order was placed 13 Aug, when we hadn't been contacted by the 07 Sep with any delivery details (we'd checked the tracking system provided as well) we contacted them again, they then said the order was marked as delivered and as we had not received them would resend them, they also asked me to confirm the delivery address. I sent them the details on the 13 Sep (no response) and again on the 19 Sep (no response) and then a complaint on the 24 Sep (no response).
I've never had such poor service and feel ripped off - I paid £87 including delivery for a box of brick slips that were never delivered. This has inconvenienced us greatly having to apologise to the contractor who is doing the job repeatedly as we cant provide him with the brick slips to finish his work.
I can't say more than I regret ever using or hearing about mybrickwall.
Terrible experience and still no answer - avoid!
This company awful. My items haven't been delivered after nearly 2 months. I've sent numerous emails and cannot get a response out of them. Their live chat doesn't work on their website either so I'm stuck. I've had to cancel and change building plans because of their terrible, incompetent service!
EDIT: it seems the only way to get a response from this rubbish company is to write a bad review, very professional! I ordered a number of samples as it's impossible to see how a whole wall will look with only 4 sample tiles as each individual tile is different. I did not think I was 'defrauding' the sample policy and my intention was to always purchase the tiles once I had a received enough to see exactly how they would look as a whole. I did place an order once I received your jobsworth defrauding response.
The fact is your customer service is shocking. You have not informed me that a refund has been processed, and you haven't responded to any of my emails and going by your other bad reviews I'm not the only one. As a business this is something you should really be working on...also I'd suggest you remove your live chat option from your website as this doesn't work does it, please don't try to portray good customer service when you don't know the meaning of it.

Swift Delivery and well packaged
We ordered what we needed and they were delivered quickly, and arrived with no breakages at all. The brick slips are very realistic and you can't tell they are not full bricks the way we have used them
