Customer service is very accommodating and the boots itself ire absolutely stunning. I bought two pairs of the Chelsea Rain for me and my mom and she loved it :))

i ordered the boots and they did not come after waiting over a month.
they will not give me a refund and ther customer service is shocking excuse after excuse making me feel like it’s my fault the boots haven’t come.
when i had enough i just asked for refund now they ignoring me for the last week!
just d not buy trust me

I bought these for my nan for dog walkign and she loved them. Definitely werent a scam so not sure if these are just unhappy customers but i recommend the product proper good value for money

Don’t waste your time, money or sanity with this scam.

30 day guarantee - nope - after waiting 1.5 months for a dispatch notice I contacted their customer service who answered immediately with manufacturer delays. I ask how long. They couldn’t answer. I asked for a refund in full as they didn’t have the products to send. They danced around it saying I’ll have priority dispatch. I politely declined waiting even longer - there was a few back and forths around this before I felt compelled to cite consumer protection and consumer law for a refund.

They ignored my request and the next day told me that they had dispatched that morning and they were already delivered… They are a “UK” based shop and delivery was to Australia so that was a stretch even for an Asian supplier to have sent so quickly! Lie upon lie. I asked for proof of delivery. They were unable to. I asked them why and they said they had things confused they weren’t dispatched. So again I asked for a refund.

Days later I followed up they told me they would escalate to management. Nothing. I then get an email 2-3 weeks later saying my parcel is delivered. I check. Nothing. I email them telling them this and they say I have to take up with their courier service… a non descript unknown Asian one.

What a waste of money and time!

And after seeing some people report they have received an off brand knock off - such a scam.

Save a little extra and buy a genuine pair from an actual store!

Counterfeit boots looking nothing like advertised.

This businesses advertising is exactly like Aussie-Wear in Sydney - sending “counterfeit” clothing and boots.
All items are sent from China in thin plastic bags and refunds occur upon buyers “out of pocket” return to China or the Netherlands.
**Look both up and compare**
These shonky businesses create multiple like businesses selling counterfeit items, using names that appear to represent wholesome quality produce, making thousands from unsuspecting customers.
It’s all too good to be true.

Don’t give up the fight for your money and to have these subhuman lowlives closed.
What goes around comes around to these thieves.

TERRIBLE COMPANY - DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND STAY AWAY
I ordered a pair of shoes and after 3 weeks emailed to ask where my order was. I was told my order had been sent but the transport company would take up to 48 hours to update the shipping information. After 48 hours I emailed again to then be told they had a backlog of orders and my order would be sent within 3 days. I then asked for my order to be cancelled and refunded. After sending 3 emails requesting cancellation they finally answered me saying I could cancel. Then when I finally received my refund they had the cheek to deduct the shipping costs from the refund (even though they didn't incur any shipping costs as they didn't actually send my order). I'm currently still fighting them to refund me the shipping costs.

Wholly UNSATISFACTORY from start to finish.
I ordered a pair of shoes in UK size 6, when they arrived, I had been sent a UK size 7. Having sent an email to inform the sender of the error, I was met with a message telling me that since my order, the sellers “sizing chart” had changed (they are using standard European sizes) and therefore it was me who had in fact been mistaken in my ordering of the correct size for myself. When I pointed out that this was obviously an oversight on the seller’s behalf but would be happy to send them back and receive the size that I had ordered in exchange, there followed a lengthy and frankly bizarrely disrespectful exchange, during which I was told that unless the item was defective, I would not be offered the opportunity to receive the item that I had originally ordered. I pointed out that, given the footwear would not fit my feet, and they had clearly been sent in error, they were not fit for the purpose that they had been ordered for. I received a blunt and rude response informing me that this was “not their problem”. If you expect to receive what you ordered, or to have even a vague semblance of customer service DO NOT ORDER from this company. Absolute con.

Very misleading headers on website!!
They do not exchange at all or refund!!

The sizing was way too big. Usually it would fit.
All I requested was to exchange the size. Not a big request for a shoe store right?? Wrong, it advertised 30 day guarantee BUT fine print is only for faulty items. I would assume that's a given.

They will not, even when I said I will pay to ship them back exchange a size.

Lesson learned.

Terrible customer service and they refuse to exchange or refund boots unless they are “damaged” I thought two pairs that were quite big in size for a 6.5 so I wanted to exchange for a smaller size in them both or refund and buy again whichever they could do and feet wouldn’t let me! Never again!!

I refuse to believe this isn't a scam which is sad because, cutest boots! The bottom of their website shows Apple pay and Gpay accepted but checkout doesn't allow anything but credit card details. The sizing chart is wrong, a UK size 7 is actually a 9 in AU and they say sizing is in UK but made in China so really, who knows and lastly, they have all these "reviews" on their website and a view all button, but doesn't actually show a single review, nor is it linked to trust pilot. I hope people find this review before committing

This company is a total scam . Its website says it is trust pilot verified , but it does not come up on a trust pilot search . The boots came from china although it states the company is uk based . Tried to email customer support but the email keeps bouncing back . Wellies arrived but they are the wrong size . Website says no refunds or returns . That should have been my red flag . I dont want anyone else to get caught out
