SCAM! STAY AWAY!

This company is a complete scam. They allow you to purchase from them but if you receive an item that is too big or too small they will not offer a refund or even an exchange. You will have to keep the order. This extremely poor customer service and no business should be allowed to be run in this manner. Absolutely appalling. Don’t waste your money. You can also purchase same boots from Amazon or SHEIN for a lower price and get your money back if not right for you!

Absolute scam, company claims to sell their own boots, supply you with a cheap knock off pair different label to their website , comes in an awful plastic bag , don’t know how they’re still operating , need to be shut down wouldn’t recommend to anyone found the same pair on amazon for £35 cheaper same brand

First of all, I do really like the boots - the colour matches to what I selected and the sizing is perfect. They are yet to be tested for effectiveness!

However …….. I would not order from this company again. Absolutely shocking! I ordered the Chelsea Rain Boots on the 01/12/25 and I received them on 23/12/25. Their website strongly indicates they are a UK based company, but, the boots were shipped from China! Their website is completely misleading, do not follow their shipping guide and you cannot track the item as they state you can! The tracking links don’t work.
They did respond to my emails but were the responses helpful? No.
Unfortunately they are not being upfront and honest with their customers upon purchase, it’s a positive that at this point I don’t think I’ll need to return because going by other reviews, that would be a challenge!
They are also not branded as ‘My Boots’.
As lovely as the boots appear to be, I would advise not to purchase them from this site!

Everything you see on the website from the founder and how the business was started & insta pages, marketing is all fake...this is a offshore fulfilment business from China. Don't waste your money.

For the amount that this website is getting trashed in the reviews, I thought it only fair to give credit where it’s due.
I bought some ankle wellies for my wife on December 1st and they arrived by December 17th. Granted a longer delivery time than a lot of us expected these days but they did come from China.
Packaging was top quality, the boots appear absolutely fine and as advertised. I can’t speak for everyone else’s experience but mine has been fine.
The only downsides are the slightly longer than anticipated delivery time, and the fact that the tiny label on the boots says something Chinese rather than ‘Myboots’ as the pictures on the website show.

What more do I need to say which hasn’t been said already… awful awful company and they have been reported

Ordered on 22nd November and they have taken the money. Haven’t received the order and they aren’t responding to emails. DO NOT buy from here.

Do not buy from this company! Placed my order on November 9th - today is November 30th and still no boots.

3 weeks and still no product is horrible service. In today’s world you should not have to wait that long - even shipping from China to the U.S. should not take 3 weeks (and counting because still no boots at 3 weeks)! Who knows when they’ll arrive…

DO NOT BUT FROM HERE, i recently purchased a pair of boots for my girlfriend from this company which was advertised all over Instagram, little to my knowledge you can buy the exact same boots for nearly 75% off what this company charges on pretty much any other website (tik tok shop ect) they deliberately hide their refund policy at the bottom of their page in very small writing the boots were a absolute rip off and I was pretty much scammed for my money.

Ordered my boots back in October ready for the half term break to Cornwall now it’s November 16th and still no sign of them - they were meant to be delivered 23/10 no tracking, no picture, no card put through the letterbox to say they have been delivered only got this information when I emailed. Still absolutely nothing from the company except they are looking into it -avoid this awful company at all costs - they are refusing a replacement that I don’t want now as had to purchase another pair that came within a day from NEXT & no refund offered I am having to chase constantly dreadful customer service awful experience no ethics whatsoever

Do not buy these boots I paid over £38 for these boots. They are a bit small is size (width) I thought I will wear see if they are ok. Only to find when I put them on when it was raining my toes got wet! Even though they claim 100% water proof! Customer Services was awful when I asked for a refund they asked me to send photo which I did but cause I had worn them and they could not see a fault they refused for me to send them back for a refund. So basically left with a faulty pair of boots that I can't wear! Plus there is other sites selling the same but way more cheaper like £16 so don't buy of myboots!!!!!!

They don't accept returns, unless the item was damaged in delivery. Never mind if the boots don't fit!

They aren't sticking to government refund regulations!

I have been battling with them for nearly two weeks to show that the government website says I can cancel an online order within 14 days or receiving the order.

Disgusting.

Do not use. Won't let you return? Quality poor and takes so long to arrive / communicate with them. Dont waste your time or money

Awful company!!!! Boots arrived way after the stated time, wasn't made aware until after placing order they were from China. I always order a 7 in boots to allow for wearing winter socks, my feet barely fit in the wothout socks, with socks no chance of getting them on!!! Emailed, got a reply immediately to say no refund or exchange unless wromg size has been sent! Well it jas although labeled as a 7 O have compared to many of my other 6/7 shoes and they are tiny! What a rip off! £50 down the drain.

Avoid this site- scam. The sizes are completely off,you'll never get it right, the look and colour is nowhere near what you think you're buying. Ang guess what- you can't return anything , got it in writing- we do not offer retun or exchange.

Customer service is great but the delivery time is quite long, i understand it tho because it came from another country
