Broken back plate replacement

I had a problem with a broken part at my Bird Buddy, and contacted support. It took less than two weeks, and I received a spare part without any problems! Thanks for your help, Bird Buddy Team!

Loving my Bird Buddy.......

Favorite perk is how all are identified- amazing how many different breeds are enjoying my feeder. I had an issue with the plastic piece that helps in loading of the seed, but it was quickly replaced and the process could not have been easier. Love seeing things from their 'view'. I have the solar option and have never needed to power up the unit. Easy monthly cleanings to enjoy hours of birds- I refill daily and have seen well over 20 different bird species.

Simply great!

Great product backed by impressive customer service. If you want to get to know your visitors, BB introduces you up close. Great product design. I have had my BB for a couple of years and upgraded the camera once. I hang it in a tree and the solar panel keeps the camera charged most of the time, even in the dreary winter months and in the tree canopy in summer. I occasionally have to recharge by cable when the sun hides for a while. Easy to disassemble for thorough cleaning.

Only 1 of 2 broken pieces replaced :/

Well the customer service rep stated for me to send pictures of the broken pieces. I sent two pictures, one of each broken pieces. They confirmed and said the parts were shipped. I received a box today with only one part replaced, the other broken piece that they stated would be replaced was missing! So only half of the problem was resolved!
Now as of today I am learning that the parts were shipped in 2 different boxes, why didn't they tell me that initially? Communication is KEY!

Uneven start, ultimately satisfactory conclusion.

My experience using Bird Buddy support was initially a bit frustrating, but ultimately worked out satisfactorily. Like many companies, the initial reply to a question about a camera and battery issue was handled by AI, which did not address the basic issue at all. By replying that my issue was not resolved several times, I was eventually contacted by a real person and received a satisfactory answer. A 10-minute phone conversation from the start would have been even better!

My Bird Buddy was damaged in a freak…

My Bird Buddy was damaged in a freak Spring windstorm and I needed to replace the solar roof. The BB customer service team responded to my inquiry and got a replacement part off to me right away. It was a great experience. Thanks, Bird Buddy!

No customer service double charged 2 years in a row

Bought father a BB. He was going to pay for the subscription. They charged us both. They did it again this year. Have tried 13 times to get in touch with them and nothing. A number of the times waiting over 30 mins on the phone. Literally don’t know what to do at this point except cancel my cc or get a lawyer involved which I do not want to do.

My Solar Roof broke

My Solar Roof broke. The solar panel came loose and the wires broke off. Bird Buddy replaced the roof for me with much hassle. I would give 5 stars but they sent me a blue roof to replace the yellow one that broke. Was it a mistake or is the blue roof less in demand?

I bought my boyfriend a birdbuddy

I bought my boyfriend a birdbuddy, set it up at his house and he loves it. He bought me the hummingbird buddy and set it up at my house. We can connect to both of them through the app. Their chat feature made it easy to set up both of them. Now we can watch his bird buddy and mine at different locations and for different birds.
