All the test tubes top were open, tops came off, the ingredients were all mixed together. The papers, were not fully glued on the test tubes and ingredients are now stuck on papers. Quite a mess! Won’t be able to give it away as a birthday present anymore. Very disappointed

the lychee powder is great, I've been using it to make milkshakes and it work very well. It's also got the perfect level of sweetness.

Awful products, avoid!! Not advertised correctly on website, wrong colours of powders and taste awful. The quality is really poor and the customer service is also awful. Owner refuses to give refund. And items come from Poland NOT UK

Products are excellent, the only thing that stopped me giving a 5 was that I had to ask about my order and when it would be sent. An automated reply after the order confirming receipt of order and payment would be good with estimated delivery date.

Placed an order two weeks ago and it has not arrived yet to UK. Information on website has to be more clearer. The order shipped from POLAND Warehouse. So if you need your items any time soon, look elsewhere.

Great selection of products and would recommend and use again in the future.

Actually I made order 2 weeks a go and receive nothing till now . Did send an email and they reply it's probably problems for covid as no so many stuff for royalmail. But I shop on line all the time never happen before to wait 2 weeks for delivery

Easy to purchase and received timely. Little disappointed the yellow rose buds were very dry looking and wasnt able to use for soap decoration but good for other uses I,m sure.

I liked your service in every way except flavours! I had asked specifically whether the flavours were true to the fruit before ordering. You indicated that they tasted just like the fruit! That was wrong. The other day I tried mango and passion fruit to flavour icings for cupcakes for my grandchildren. and they tasted terrible, so bad that we scraped the icing off! Please do not advertise these as anything near the flavour of the fruit! They are too expensive to end up throwing away!

So this is the third reminder you've sent me to give you a review, even though I haven't received my order yet. Ordered almost 4 weeks ago now.

Be wary of buying direct! No delivery to date. Correspondence slow. No tracking number provided when requested! Through eBay you have payment guarantee! I am so disappointed as bought from here via eBay in the past and had no problem!!!
OMG!!! Got delivery today only to find LIVE Insects crawling around. I am so disappointed and horrified!

Really happy with my order. It arrived within presented tame frame. Also received sample of green tea. It’s really nice touch and for sure fill come back :)
