I ordered my 2 tea gift boxes on the 12th December. I received an e mail stating my order had been dispatched on the 14th December. On payment I was advised 3 to 7 working days for delivery. It is January 4th and I still have not received the products which were part of a Christmas gift for my daughter.

Good products good prices
Have ordered from Green Heart before and their products are always top notch. Delivery takes a week or so but when you want something just don’t leave it until the last minute!

Great product from POLAND
Now I had two orders from Green Heart Store. One through eBay and one through their website. I only ordered dried flowers/tea, so I can't say anything about other things they have. What I ordered was perfect and the exact amount/weight. I was happy with everything.
But I had to take 1 star from them because they advertise themselves as UK based. Well everything I got came from Poland. It's not a problem if I know about it. I don't like misleading.
