Never received my watermelon powder

Gave me false tracking number

12 days after placing and paying for my order still nothing received. I paid extra to have it delivered within 6 day's
When I eventually got a tracking number the delay was attributed to staff shortages at the Royal Mail. Tracking the package showed that it was still in Poland and the delay was nothing to do with the Royal Mail
When I placed the order I had no idea it was coming from Poland.

I placed my order 2 weeks ago. I didn’t spot they were coming from Poland and the shipping has not been updated for 2 weeks. My items are still in Poland. Communication from the seller is poor.

Nice product, I ordered 500g of their hemp seed powder. Unfortunately the best before date was only 3 months away. They probably didn't notice before sending it except I was quite unhappy with the order because it should have been at least a year. I can't shake the feeling that they sent it deliberately though thinking that it wouldn't matter.

Easy to purchase and received timely. Little disappointed the yellow rose buds were very dry looking and wasnt able to use for soap decoration but good for other uses I,m sure.

All the goods I ordered arrived. They are very good.

The taste is fine, but the bag, which appears to be resealable, fails to fulfill that purpose. The mechanism just doesn't work.

Still havent recieved the flowers. Have emailed twice and still nothing and also sent a text message and tried to call.

Love this tea, Golden Monkey is the best tea i've ever had, such a good flavour.

Absolutely rubbish. Spent over £40 on two products, turns out they're sent from abroad (which they don't tell you) and shipping takes forever rather than the 3-5days they say. Its been 3 weeks and I am still yet to receive my product and no response to my email.

Very nice powders ordered. The Pink Pitaya is not as pigmented as the Blue Spirulina but still just what we needed. They're amazing.
Also ordered Lychee and coconut milk powder and they're delish!
And Rafael is so lovely, had good contact. :)
