I’m taking the Foundations of a Musical Mind course - it’s an excellent step by step course that’s clearly explained and easy to follow. It’s also fun! The team are prompt and responsive with any queries raised, in my experience.

My coach is fantastic. So helpful and encouraging.
I like the Creative and Jammer and Performer sessions a lot. It's great to connect with other people too.

Really good content and training. I like the vibe of the website and communication. Only issues I am having is navigating around the website - can be confusing but perhaps that is because it is in flux due to being upgraded? That's the only reason I have not given 5 stars.

The company does such a great job of helping to organize any musical path you want to take for yourself. Easy and fun to use and learn

I'm excited to receive your new Musicality book in print in a few weeks. I've taken a few courses with you in past years and have always found them immensely helpful, clear, awakening and applicable to my musical study and understanding! l am waiting to receive the 'immediate' download version of the book. Perhaps it's because I ordered it on a Friday night that it did not arrive immediately?

I’m a relatively new member, getting used to the site. For me it’s a new way of learning and it’s taking me some time to process. I feel like I suffer from information overload sometimes. I also think that the community discussion page would be better if it presented the latest discussion first.

I signed up for the Foundations course, which was advertised as suitable for beginner to advanced musicians. The first red flag was the extensive (45 minute) upsell video you are forced to sit through before accessing the course. It was extremely inappropriate to try to upsell before being able to sample the material at all. The second issue was the extremely slow pace. You are forced to wait a week between modules. The modules often didn't open on time. The final straw is that the material is painfully basic. I believe it is appropriate for rank beginners with no previous exposure to musical notation and ear training. I can see how it would be a great path for kids. Overall, it was a waste of money for me.

I have been a member of musicality U for several years. I love that there's always new information to learn about. I love the podcasts and the teachers tid bits to learn from.

I've been a member for quite a while and MU has been inspirational for me to learn and progress. The staff and other members a very supportive no matter what your musical abilities are.

My questions were answered promptly. The lessons are clear. My first time through them (2022)I saw results but found the sequence a bit hard to follow and keep straight. I was too anxious to ‘get through’ the lessons and experience super learning. Big mistake on my part. Fast forward 3 years-am revisiting the modules with fresh eyes, taking my time and seeing better results. I’m glad I purchased the practice module and would recommend it to anyone who is serious about learning music.

I believe this is an excellent way to learn but it would be great to see lots more examples to try and maybe more of a breakdown of how to actually get timing correct more so than pitch.

Friendly, helpful, no pressure. I like the ability to see what others are doing and learn concepts a little at a time-I tend to try to do everything! Follow up emails so that you continue to work on your goals.

Informative and cultivates your mind. Your awareness of music stands on several pillars.

Life keeps getting in the way but I keep coming back to this wonderful course. it is very simple, fun and very different from the classical music training I had.
