From consultation to tattoo day, nothing but friendly but professional chats and planning. My 3rd tattoo at the studio and most definitely won't be the last.

Booking process is so easy to navigate
The Receptionist who deals with all admin is always on her A game
And very professional and polite too speak too

The service clients receive is second to none top quality and respectful

The staff - well they just rock !
They are an awesome team
And they are the reason I keep going back for more tattoos and piercings

Steph did a tattoo for me. It was a cover up, and she did an amazing job creating what I asked for. I didn’t need to make any changes to the design. She was quick, considerate and professional! Love this studio.

Zoe is an incredibly talented person/artist who used a design i chose but made it so much better by adjusting it to fit my anatomy perfectly. Brilliant ear tattoos that i couldnt be happier with. Also a lovely, relaxing experience that i will definately be repeating very soon. I highly recommend Zoe in particular but also her colleagues at Enigma. A very friendly and fun group of people.

Steph and the rest of the team were amazing, friendly, and make you feel welcome, Steph is an amazing tattooist and discussed designs in detail before commencing, she consistently asked if I was ok and did I need anything,
