Very much happy and satisfied with the team and support they provide in visa consultation. Very much recommended for all the travel, visa, flight tickets etc. consultation services.

Our Turkey trip was amazing, thanks to Musafir staff, esp. Burhanuddin Petiwala who answered all our queries before we booked the trip.We were well taken care on the trip and found it well organized. Our tour guide was friendly and accommodating. Overall, it was a great experience.

It was our Frist experience with Musafir and this one is one of the most memorable Trip for us to Turkey.
Most of the things were managed well, Transportation, Hotel stay and Trip schedule.
Also very profession and knowledgeable Local Guide which made our trip more memorable.
Excellent support from Musafir team thanks to Burhanuddin bhai / Sunakshi/ Vignesh a lot, they even attended our calls and replied to our message during trip.

Few improvements that should be looked at;
1) Lunch / Dinner agreement need to be improved
2) Last day we spend most of the the time on airport, that could have manage better.
However we have more happy moments than few issues

Our first experience with Musafir for our trip to Serbia was great. Mr. Burhanuddin helped us plan our trip and he was always available for support. Special thanks to Mr. Vignesh as well from the team who was very cooperative with my concerns and made sure he adequately addressed those concerns. Our guide in Serbia, Mr. Igor, was very knowledgeable and friendly and made the trip extra special. Only downside was that the hotel, although close to the city center, did not have a lot of food options, especially for dinner. We also faced flight delays both while traveling to and from Serbia but that was not in the hands of Musafir. Overall, we highly recommend Musafir for a well organized and wholesome trip experience.

Improvement opportunity:
Plan a flight to minimize the time gap between flight arrivals and hotel check ins . The gap was very high and very tiring to sit at reception for so many hours

The whole package was great .. local support was excellent. Overall a comfortable and fantastic experience.

Like:
The hotels booked was good in both place,and the driver was on time.
Dislike
The ticket we received less than 20 hrs before departure, eventhough they assured the ticket is booked.
We were 8 plus 2 kids in total as family, we all were given seats in differnt corners of the flight.
The breakfast in theatrum,one hotel where we stayed max time was terrible, same menu all 3 days and food is ice cold except sausage.
The driver who took us around was very good , but he doesn't understand one word in English , so always we had to call the representative to translate to Convey information.
The ticket entry to the cable car and other was not given or informed in the counter because of whixh we had to wait for more than 1 hr in the chilling weather outside in minus 12 for the representative to Co ordinate and make payment online and then go for the cable.
In the itenary though wine making and carpet weaving area was supposed to cover, but as they hadn't taken prior approval, we could not go these places which was the only 2 places we cdnt cover in the itenary.

Rest..Azerbaijan is a very good country to visit.
The tour was good, needs bit of improvement in proper planning and execution

While going make sure your clothes are good for climate of minus degrees..and ensure you have the entrance ticket copy of the places included in the itenary or you will have to pay again.
