I was really concerned due to time constraints but their confidence and assurance put my concerns to rest. I would definitely refer to all my friends and relatives.

It was an amazing trip to Baku Azerbaijan, very well organized by Musafir Team and the comfort provided at Baku. The hotel and its location at the city centre was the main highlight apart from the planned trip at various locations of Azerbaijan.

This is my first time with musafir. At first, I am hesitant to do the booking because of so many scams and fake agencies posting in social media. Musafir service is fantastic and well organize. Everything handled well from the start of the process. They do updates and follow up even reminders of your travel. Even the tour itinerary in our country of destination is well managed. Kudos to the team!

Trip to Belgrade was made interesting by our guide - Mr Igor, who ensured that we don’t miss a single detail of the city and Serbia.
Hotel accommodation was good, with delicious breakfast though the room allotted to us was not as per the expected standard.

This s my second time with musafir team , their service is excellent and I am very much happy the way they organize the trip and site visits. We had booked 6 days package to Georgia via Musafir. Subidha had handled our request and it was a great job done. I am someone who is quite picky when it comes to planning and scheduling and must say Subidha did a great job and understood our requirements. It was a private package with a good deal and flexibility as per our requirements. The journey was well planned and we had really good guide and driver through the travel.

We contacted Ms Harleen. She guided us throughout our booking.

Overall, Georgia Package Tour was good. The guide was very excellent. Stay at Ibis Styles hotel was good. Climate was cold in December beginning, but enjoyable. It was drizzling throughout. Some places (Badiauri bread making, Sulpher bath, etc.) in the itinerary was missed out due to paucity of time. Musafir can extend the program by one more day by increasing cost. Musafir can also state in the itinerary the other items not included whereas tourists/customers might be interested - Example Baloon ride near the place of stay can be availed at own expenses. The above are all suggestions for improvement and not negtives.
