Myself and my friend recently had a trip to Nepal which was very arranged by Burhanuddin. He is very professional and accommodates all your requests and makes sure you have best holiday. I recently had a Bali trip through Musafir and the experience was very good. Flight, Stay and sight seen were very well organized and value for money. I have multiple experience with Musafir and I am very much happy with their service.

We had gone our first Georgia trip through Musafir in December 2022.As I was planning , I was against going through an agency. So I planned individually and took prices. When I came across Musafir, I found their prices are not high and they are offering a privatized tour package. So I decided to go through.
Our experience throughout the trip was excellent. The driver, the tour guide, the hotel everything was perfect. The driver and guide was very cooperative and gave us comfort while we were with them.

Visa arrival time: 1 day after the payment. Usually the timeline given is 4 days.

Dear all in this ageny travel the service was very poor , i have one problem for my ticket airline with turkish airline
the trkish airline they said you need to contact you travel agency but when i tray to call them they never answer in the phone after i go directly to them (agency travel ) the gentleman he said okay I will call them but he didn't' call because when i call they said we didn't receive any email from them i waiting for 1 months and half after he said to me i can't make solution for your request you can call by your self ........ this is how they talk with the guest also every days he said different story the place very pretty but the service very disappointing

I had to book an airline ticket which otherwise would have expired. prior to booking I checked with Emirates whether or not I can change the ticket (date & destination). Emirates gave the ok saying the ticket can be changed but if booked through an agency only the agency can change it. Once the ticket was booked through Musafir I checked again with Emirates and reconfirmed that booking can be changed only through Musafir. Called Musafir who then told me that he can’t change the ticket because I am requesting change to another sector/destination. He then said I need to contact Emirates. He also reconfirmed that with his Manager. Tired of the back and forth I decided to visit the Emirates Airlines office (drove 45min one way) to then being told that they can’t change the ticket for me but only Musafir can. While at Emirates I called Musafir, got connected to a lady this time who sad that she can change my ticket (surprise….just wasted 45min of a car ride) BUT it can only be changed through my employer who originally booked the ticket. What a total waste of time.

Mr kurshid will gratefull for last min help to get my sister visa no change.

We had booked a trip to Turkey in December 2022 through Musafir. This was second trip booked through them, the first was Georgia in 2021. The service is good and booking compared to other service provider Musafir does it better by covering most of the required thing in the package. More to it we can customize it according to our need at a affordable cost.

Burhan was excellent and we had troubled him so much with our queries where he need to get info from the local or that country team and for so many changes in our itinerary, yet he did all with great pleasure.

I highly recommend to book your tour packages with Musafir.
