One of the worst experiences ever do not avail their visa services the staff is unprofessional and once the money is paid they will surely get your visa rejected because they are unprofessional
Such a terrible travel company
Such a terrible travel company. We applied for a UAE tourist visa through them, and our visa got rejected. When we asked for the reason, they simply said, "We don't know the reason behind it."
We then contacted Amer at gdrfad.gov.ae, and he informed us that the travel agent (sponsor) must visit the GDRFA Branch – Entry Permit Section – to find out the exact reason for the rejection. Alternatively, the agent can contact them at +971 4 313 9999 and request to be transferred to the Entry Permit Section for further clarification.
But the travel agency didn’t respond at all. Complete silence – they left us on read and never followed up. Such unprofessional behavior. All they care about is taking your money. Once they've been paid, they stop responding altogether.

It is important to remember that showing disrespect or prejudice toward clients based on nationality can harm the company’s reputation and create an unwelcoming environment. Even if a country is facing economic or political challenges, customers should not be mistreated or subjected to bias in service interactions.
As a suggestion, it would be more effective and transparent for companies to communicate any service limitations clearly through their websites, digital platforms, billboards, and office signage. This could include outlining any restrictions on providing travel, tour, or visa services to certain nationalities, ensuring that clients understand the boundaries and can direct their inquiries to the relevant government authorities. This approach would not only save time for both clients and the company but also enhance the company’s reputation by ensuring fairness and professionalism in customer interactions.

Unprofessional staff working here. I booked a Kyrgyzstan tour package with them, and during the inquiry, they didn’t inform me about any visa exemptions. As a result, I had to pay AED 200+ for unnecessary visa charges, only to later find out that US visa holders can enter without a visa. After the tour, when I inquired about this, their response was: ‘When you go to the doctor, you have to tell the doctor about your illness so that he can give you medicine. Similarly, since you didn’t ask, we didn’t tell you.’ This is absolutely pathetic and unprofessional. Musafir Travels is not recommended.

Visa Rejected with no reason.
My wife's Visa was rejected by them after we had provided all the information they requested. We had provided all the paperwork within a timely manner and nothing had been missed. Within 1 day, they took the payment, and we get a response saying her Visa has been rejected. They further advised there would be follow up correspondence as to why her Visa was rejected(still nothing received). We did not receive any correspondence from them, which i find extremely unprofessional. We had an extremely disappointing experience with them

They are making you look like a fool and a liar. I had a recent interaction with Musafir in DXB. Musafir is well known agency, but it was being taken advantage by some of the agents who thinks they know everything and will blame everything to their customer. I mentioned some of the agents, as I know there are agents whom I dealt with are nice and accommodating in musafir. But Aslam was only great when he tries to convince you about their company capacity to get the visa done. The first time I called, I was helpless since I clearly told him in the beginning, I need UAE visit visa today, if there is any express, and he said yes, they can do that it'll take 2-3 hours or later in the evening we can get the visa done. When I get back to confirm, he changed his narrative saying nowadays the visa express is taking time for approval which is 2-3 working days, normal is 4-5 working days. On top of that, I paid before 12pm and it was applied at 13:30 even though he is aware it is urgent. No update if you will not ask. When he told me we can check from ICP later on we found out the file/visa was already ACTIVE in which he does not know. And I started arguing since I am getting frustrated to him. He called me, telling me he did not say express will take 2-3 hours. I know what I heard, if he did not tell me that in the beginning, I will not go to him, but he had given me false hope. I hope there is a recording in his phone so Management will hear what the first conversation as Aslam was kept telling me he did not say that to me. Seems like he does not remember our initial convo. I can go to Musafir with international visa, but I don't recommend fully to go to them when you need UAE visit visa. Waste of time, effort, and money. Not to mention they charge minimum AED400. Nawaz is great and Dinesh, they are the one responsible for international visa. No follow up done from their end. This will be blocked form my list of agencies to deal with.

The worst... we went via musafir to masai mara in mid of 2023... it turned out to be worst trip of our life.
Musafir is just a broker and flight agent.. they outsource to cheap and third class local tour operators... in our case Chetan and company in Kenya. Their support staff is next to useless.
Because of them my wife got covid. They left us in jungle for 4 hours with kids. Worst worst worst company. Better avoid such and choose other professional operators like AFC and makemytrip etc.

The way Musafir local partner cosmic owner/agent and his team has treated us with all misinformation and problems, we are very much disappointed with Musafir and arrangement.
Myself and our Cogroup partner Mukim has gone thru various hustle like forced to go two times to airport during our jungle safari time to pick new guests. Forced to travel with known sick people, Asked to pay extra for separate car and after that forced to wait extra 2.5 hours outside Lodge and at park gate.
On complain to local guide and his boss i. e. your partner 'cosmic safari ' manager, Mr. Chetan threatened us to cancel our on the way car and leave me and Mr Mukim family at Masai Lodge in the middle of the jungle.
Worst after complaint , musafir didnt do anything but came back offering AED 500 voucher for next trip to masai mara ... hahahahha insensitive staff of unprofessional companies

If there were an option to give zero or negative stars, I would have chosen that. This company says one thing but does another. I cannot recommend them at all. Their customer service is extremely poor. As a corporate client, I was treated poorly, so I can only imagine how they treat individual customers. Avoid them if you value your time and money.

Everything went WRONG!! THIS IS THE WORST TRAVEL COMPANY IN THE UAE!
I've book a holiday package and paid in FULL for THAILAND in May (6weeks) before the travel date! I had a lengthy discussion with the agent before paying and he (Praman) assured me based on my passport, I can get a Visa On Arrival. I received further details 13days before the flight and again Visal on Arrival. Now 3 days before the flight, I was informed the rules have changed and I now need a visa on my passport to enter Thailand, with a very extensive list of documents required, bank statements, NOC from my company, passport photos etc. through the embassy in AD.
After undergoing alot of stress and headaches, I've managed to gather these documents overnight, and when I was about to pay a further 1200aed for the visa, I was THEN told I need an international yellow fever vaccination card (which by luck i had but my husband didn't) . This was a collusal waste of my time and unacceptable with very poor planning / management of travel tours!
I have requested for a FULL REFUND and is still waiting for confirmation from Musafir!!
Why is this company scamming people and taking their money without knowing /sharing the requirements for entry to the customer in a timely manner? How can this company still be in business? AVOID booking any holidays with this company!
