Misleading customers for financial gain are wrong; don't waste your money.

Very cheap and low quality customer service.
They took more than a day to confirm my ticket and kept me waiting. Also no option to select seats and meals. Customer care is even horrible, nobody picks up.

I would want to give them a minus rating if possible. Their agents have absolutely 0 knowledge or courtesy. They send vague emails once a day and waste your 24 hrs in waiting for further details. There is no empathy, concern or professionalism. In short they just don't care. I'm stranded outside the country waiting for visa which I usually receive in 24-48 hrs from other agencies. They send me emails mentioning different file numbers each time, vague with 0 details about the issue or the solution. I send a million mails stating how critical my situation is and there is 0 concern!! Shame on them for ill treating their customers to this extent.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend them. They appear to be extremely busy and have consistently failed to respond to my numerous calls and messages. Even initiating a sale does not seem to pique their interest, let alone providing any after-sale service. I believe it would be more beneficial to work with a company that takes an active interest in assisting their customers and provides reliable after-sale service. Unfortunately, I have faced this same issue with them too.

I will not recommend them to anyone. These r very busy people. Even thogh u’ll cal them or msg them 100 times for business they will nver revert u back. Forget about service they r not even interested in sale.Better to go wd someone who’ll actually assist u or gv u after sales service.

Pengalaman yang teruk. 2 jam menunggu bas yang sepatutnya pukul 2.30 tapi bas tiba di terminal pukul 4.30! Dari kuantan ke KT tiba pada pukul 9.00 pm tanpa pit stop. Terrible service.

I applied for a visa through Musafir and on visa application some of the information that they did not know about me they just added by presuming randomly. Such as they made me unemployed on visa form, I am married and they marked me as single on the visa application plus they also wrote that I am uneducated and infact I am a graduate. Anyhow, they are so so unprofessional that when I complained they did not even want to talk about the mistakes and false information they wrote about me on visa application form. Worst part is that if they did not have all my information instead of asking me for the remaining info they just presumed and added wrong info blindly.

Professional in documentation and swift response and solution provided for the concerns raised during submission of visa application in VFS center.

Musafir Staff was helpful in amending ticket on short notice
