After my last experience with Musafir.com based on Sharjah, UAE. I can’t recommend it to any as my experience was really bad. I had to change my booking. I called several times, they answered after my 3rd call and asked me to send an email explaining the matter. They did not reply. Then I called again, they gave me a lady number working in the agency who I called and she spoke to me with arrogance and refused to change the booking unless another representative ask her to do so although the agency representative told me she’s the one in charge. My flight is scheduled tomorrow at 10:10 AM and till now I’m unable to change the booking and at risk of losing around 7K AED! I can’t recommend this agency to any and ask everyone not to deal with Musafir.com.

Staff Priya was meticulously handling the Schengen visa appointment process. Appreciate her efforts.The agency is well experienced in handling visa application processing.

They only run their call centre from 9 am to 6 pm, but allow flight bookings 24/7. If you try calling them past 6 pm, you won't hear from them and then they say that their "system" won't allow any changes the next day since it's after midnight from the initial day. They also charge a lot more for cancellations or changes than the airline.

4N/5D trip.to amenia was wonderful. Well tailored Itinerary. Hotels provided were very good and in good locations. The travel agent that
musafir had partnered in armenia had conducted the tour very well. Guide Ms. Gayane was full of fun and energy. Was also very helpful in providing us with valuable information about nearby attractions, restaurant names etc. Musafir local team also co-ordinated the tour very well. Visa's were obtained for us all by themselves. It was a great help. Overall it was a fantastic experience.

Had a wonderful experience traveling to Malaysia and Singapore with Musafir. The tours were well-organized, covering key attractions with seamless logistics, making the trip enjoyable and stress-free.

I lived some of the most wonderful and memorable days of my life from 6 June 2025 to 13 June 2025 when I went with my family on a Package Tour of Europe. Tour itinerary was organized by Travel Management Company Musafir.Com, United Arab Emirates. We travelled to Paris, Switzerland and Germany. Everything was well-planned from day one. We were 21 members in the Europe Tour and all of us enjoyed a lot. Our Tour Manager was Mr. Yash Shah who has good knowledge of each country and the places we visited. Mr. Yash managed the tour efficiently and ensured that all the visits and activities were managed on time. I had travelled with my family to Singapore in the year 2023 on a packaged tour through Musafir.Com and the experience was excellent. Guide Sarath has done his job extremely well ,disciplined person, by going extra miler to take me beautiful location ,elephant safari,wellness spa ,wooden carving,tea factory ,spice garden and other site scene too covered.He possess good knowledge of country's history and geography and cultural values and buddhism principles.
