Quick service and resonable price

GCC highlights
First time with musafir.com. Easy to deal with. The operations team took time and effort in answering all queries and to check in daily. Excellent stays and customized GCC plan that had a quite a lot of logistics. The pace worked out perfectly for us. The company also provided responsive WhatsApp assistance throughout our trip, which was helpful when some delays happened, and could change plans to accommodate. The only thing was that in the initial proposal, the pricing breakdown and exclusions could have been stated more clearly. Will book with them in my future trips. Thank you.

Extremely terrible customer service…
Extremely terrible customer service response time on Whatsapp and they require Guarantor documents for a 14-day UAE tourist visa, which isn't a requirement for other sites such as Govr.ae who I had to end up using due to Musafir's extremely poor response time.

I have been going for holidays with nusafir.com forblast 3 years. This year I went to almaty during national day and they arranged everything for me flights hotels tours guide etc.. they were always available on whatsapp telling me where my driver was, what's the plan for the next day, when i wanted to make any change to the itinerary they went out of their way to make sure it was done.
