Murray Travel Recensioni

Jen has arranged several holidays for us now (mainly cruises). We always find her very helpful and she does everything she can to make our holiday everything we want it to be. Nothing is too much trouble. Recommend Jen and Murray Travel 100% 😊

I used Murray Travel to book air tickets for a trip to East Africa, and Tracy Ian was my travel adviser. Everything about the original booking was carried out efficiently, and speedily, and I was very pleased with the service. Unfortunately, because of the war in Iran, and the fact that I was scheduled to transit through Qatar, I needed to alter the booking . Tracy was able to help me accomplish this, and kept me informed and updated throughout. I will definitely use Murray Travel again .... I found Tracy to be capable, empathetic and professional in her responses to my booking . Thank you!

Tracy helped us narrow down from a wide range of options for our holiday in South Korea and Japan and was attentive throughout the run-up to our holiday. We finally selected back to back small group tours with Intrepid Travel and had a great time with no hitches. We would happily repeat the experience. Thank you Murray Travel!

We had an amazing time in Paris after booking with Tracy at Murray Travel . She was so helpful and knowledgeable , helping us to make the right decision for our trip .

Tracy as usual was so helpful we have used her for several years and would recommend her and Murray Travel as excellent advisors and agents they go that little bit extra to help

Jen was amazing from start to finish, knew exactly what we needed and delivered the most amazing Holiday.

Very helpful from booking process by Tracy on advising a hotel and flights to Singapore. Also for arranging a special welcome with the hotel. Would thoroughly recommend MT for your holidays, they take the stress off you and nothing too much to meet your needs and budget. Thanks again for everything.

Every holiday we have booked with Alistair at Murray Travel in Forres has been excellent from start to finish. We highly recommend him.

Our agent (Aimee Morgan) was fab. Listened to our requirements and completed our instruction superbly. Everything that was put in place worked without any problems. The hotels recommended were great and in fantastic locations.
We felt very well looked after and knew that we could contact Murray travel at any time if needed. Would highly recommend.

Tracy made the experience great from giving advice on accommodation, completing entry forms and giving helpful WhatsApp phone number in case of any problems . We had a great time there eating with locals (very cheap) and having afternoon tea at Raffles . Botanic Gardens, Singapore flyer Gardens by the Bay and lots of shopping. Looking forward to using Murray Travel very soon.

A great local travel agency with a very knowledgable & helpful team.
Nothing is too much bother even if you are looking for help deciding where to go.
Have booked a few holidays with them & have always been happy.
Great to have a team that cannot only book your holiday, but can arrange transfers for you, taking the worry out of your trip.

We have now booked a few holidays with Murray Travel, in particular with Jen, who has always made the process very easy. She has so much knowledge of different places and looks into various options. This means she can tailor the trip to whatever you need, which saves so much time and you can trust you will have an amazing holiday. Thank you!

We had heard of this holiday but had no idea which travel company offered it. Susan at Murray Travel was absolutely brilliant. She tracked down the company, Kirker, and kept on the case so that we didn’t miss the booking window. (The tour runs twice a year only.)
We had a truly exceptional experience on the tour. There were only eight of us, with two extremely knowledgeable guides. The programme was varied: art, architecture, antiquities, archaeology, plus a musical evening and excellent lunches.
There was quite a a bit of walking involved but taxis were available if some of us flagged. We were all past retirement age.
The hotel was good, with a roof terrace bar /breakfast room, but our , bedroom , otherwise comfortable, could have done with some drawer or shelves, not just hanging space.

Thanks to Murray Travel we had a wonderful holiday. We are elderly and they helped choose the right hotel which was on the flat with all amenities in close proximity for walking . Will have no hesitation in booking with them again

Between us and Aimee at Murray Travel, we planned a round the world trip to celebrate our retirement.
Aimee was professional to the end, with lots of advice and ideas.
We booked accommodation and excursions, Aimee pulled together our flights - 9 in total -, a couple of hotel stays, and suggested a cruise to finish off our trip when we couldn't quite figure out how to make our plans work.
She kept in regular touch with information before, during and after our trip.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Aimee and Murray Travel.

The hotels and travel choices were first class, everything made easy ie flights from Aberdeen to Heathrow to Boston, limo to Salam (top class Waterfront hotel) and back, somehow they managed to get us Business class to New Orleans to another class hotel in the perfect location for the Jazz scene and a visit to the crocodiles and the famous Mississippi River, then to Miami Beach to the amazing Plymouth hotel where the staff were 5 star, my daughters and I loved every minute, a very big thank you to all the staff Murray travel..😊

Great experiences -- ask for Alistair!

We can't recommend him highly enough. He makes everything easy from start to finish and takes all the stress out of planning. He really listens to what we want, comes up with brilliant suggestions, and puts together great options. We've used him for both extravagant trips as well as budget options -- best in class.

What we appreciate most is how lovely and helpful he is. Nothing feels like too much trouble, and he's always quick to answer questions or sort anything out.

Thanks to Alistair, our trips are amazing and completely hassle-free. If you’re looking for a travel agent who knows his stuff and makes planning enjoyable, I’d absolutely recommend him.

Aside from the weather, which no one can do anything about, our hotel was great. Martha was really helpful when we booked it, and made sure everything was included. Flight was comfortable, and staff were very attentive. Would definitely use Murray Travel again and go back to Playa Bonita in Playa del Ingles

Great advice, very efficient and friendly staff. All in all, a great service. Thank you.

Martha who was dealing with our holiday was great nothing was too much trouble. There is a lovely atmosphere in the shop and your made to feel very welcome and relaxed, everyone is really friendly. I will definitely be using Murray travel again.
