She managed to find us a fantastic ski holiday that ticked every box for both of our families and she did it with patience, clarity, and real attention to detail.

I dealt with an assistant called Joanna who was fantastically helpful. She sorted out various options for a solo traveler trip to Krakow. She sorted excursions and built everything into the tour price. Couldn't thank her enough and will definitely be looking to use this company (and Joanna) when booking future holidays....
