Really easy to use site and quick delivery service. All products are fresh and very well packed! The added sweet treat token of thanks is a lovely gesture. I have used Mullaco many times now and it’s always the same great service each time I order.

Fabulous service , from ordering to delivery. A nice added surprise with a bar of chocolate. Products were wrapped well

Their ordering and devlivery service is very good, beef and chicken is also ok but the so called lamb is not really lamb, they use probably slightly younger sheep and sell as lamb meat, avoid lamb if you can from Mullaco.

I was really worried after I placed my order as a result of the negative reviews.
So I emailed the supplier - I didn’t receive a reply but confirmation that the product was ready to be dispatched so I was happy with that.
The delivery arrived well within time so I was really pleased. The driver was very nice and polite.
When I opened the box everything was very neatly packed. Plus they had placed a chocolate bar which I thought was super kind.
I ordered a refined sugar product in three jars.
Unfortunately One of the jars security seal was ripped and open
The other two jars were all melted and conjealed.
I was very upset
Luckily I was able to connect quickly to speak to a staff member who issued a full refund.
The chocolate was fully intact but the content in the jars melted. This leads me to believe that the supplier knowingly sent a faulty product which is not ethical at all.

Excellent service and delivery service was brilliant too. Came quick and received all the orders.

Super website which is very easy to use. Great service and prompt delivery with tracking updates. Loved the way the meat is beautifully packed in trays and labelled for easy storage in the freezer/fridge. When I did have an incorrect item delivered, the chat function is super simple and the customer service received was superb. The replacement item was delivered the following day. Highly recommend Mullaco and their online and delivery service!

Just started using Mullaco online, very pleasant experience,ordered Wednesday and it was delivered on Thursday by a very pleasant gentleman, will definitely be ordering again.

I have ordered chicken from this place a few times, it is hit and miss. The most recent time, the chicken wings they sent was gone off - they have said they have now refunded this after 6 weeks and 3 calls to them (we will see if they actually do) - I also cooked one of the whole chickens they sent a few days ago, every bone in the chicken was broken - it was flat and floppy, covered in bruises - they refused to refund this as I didn't have a picture of it. Chicken that is covered in bruises outside of the normal that you can expect is not halal chicken - the chicken has been mistreated.

Some of the earlier reviews are weird as they are the complete opposite of my experience kept me up to date with my order and quick delivery which was perfectly packed

I usually shop quite regularly at Mullaco in Thornhill Dewsbury, you are always sure to get something that's a bit different and customer service is second to none. I was pleased to find that they were doing online shopping with delivery. I placed an order and it was delivered in a couple of days, the delivery charge was reasonable, and the delivery driver polite. I will certainley order again.

Recieved everything I ordered, all in good condition and in good time with tracking available. 2 items on back order which followed shortly as promised. Also received a small pressie as a thank you for my order.
I don't understand the negative reviews?
I'm just getting into BIR currys and all the spices etc, that I'll ever need are listed.
I'll certainly be using Mullaco again.

I have ordered 20 Kg of Habib basmati rice from this company. It came extremely quickly. The only problem is the use by date it’s the end of December. Why would you sell 20 Kg bag of rice with such a short shelf live? I purchased this for my household. If purchased by a business then it would not be a problem. Not very satisfactory will not purchase from you again.

Really bad dont ever shop with them ,they stole my money for the online order and dont even pick up phone calls and they dont reply to emails as well
